Some in-service recruiters are known for pressuring service members to join the reserves, but Master Sergeant Busch did not do that. Despite my decision not to join the reserves, he respected it and still fulfilled his role, presenting both the advantages and disadvantages. It turned out to be a positive experience overall.

Great recruiter. Too bad the reserve didn't have any AGR assignments in my state or MSgt Busch could have snagged me up! Come on reserve..

I had very little knowledge of the Reserve. MSgt Wood helped explained all the benefits and even the cons of the Reserve. From my experience, many Airmen are not aware of the alternatives to Active Duty. It is great to see that the In Service Recruiters take time to make sure we all make informed decisions.
